Welcome to "A Bump on a Blog". What I plan to do with this blog is to talk about movies. Any movies. And when I say any movies, I mean I went to work today and bought a 3 for $5 movies DVD of "I Am Omega", "Monster" and "Alien Vs. Hunter"...a set of 3 "B" movies. I plan to thoroughly enjoy the horrible acting, atrocious special effects and totally lame makeup. You just can't beat a good "B" movie when you are feeling like things can't get worse! I mean, after all, if people can be THAT terrible and make it into movies, WHY NOT YOU? Right???

Just finished "I am Omega". Totally lame story line, terrible acting, bad makeup, horrible special effects, unbelievable characters, sucky writing. Glad I watched it! Now I can say I've seen one more movie that 90% of Americans have never even heard of. lol

Catchy name for your blog and a good concept too, it has been a while since I've seen a "B" movie but I enjoy them every so often. The last one I can remember was Cannibal the musical which was written by Matt Stone and Trey Parker the makers of South Park. Totally cheesy story similar to the Donner party but still fun to watch. Wow I can't remember much more about than that, I suppose I'll have to find it and watch it again to give you more insight. All and all if you enjoy be movies it's one to watch.
ReplyDeleteMy wife likes to go to Family Video and bring home about 10 movies at a time. I've seen my share of "B" movies. One that I actually enjoyed was called "Freezer Burn". It's a comedy about a scientist who freezes himself for about a decade so he can pursue a relationship with one of his wife's students.
